Well, I thought that this thread might be interesting if you introduced yourself, and maybe some interests that you have within the HFWWHA. You can also introduce some of your most promising or most accomplished horses.
Name: Crystal Stable: Sunnyside Farm
I breed quarter horses, paints, arabians, and morgans for the working western department. I have always loved the three diciplines that the Working Western Horse Association covers. I love to see these horses in action, and I think thats what helped me form this with Mich.
As some of you may know, I own the horses SSA Commander (paint stallion), Nu Guys Dun It (quarter horse), Famous Designers Only+/ (arabian), and SSF Kiss This (Morgan). Those are my founding sires for each breed. I do have other stallions as well as mares to help make my breeding program flourish.
I am pretty good with bloodlines in each of the breeds so if anyone would like any help with their lines or would like to know which lines cross best I am more than willing to help.
Well thats enough about me, lets hear about you!

Name: Mich Stables: Wolf Creek Quarter Horse Ranch
My main focus is breeding Quarter Horses and Paints. Mostly Quarter Horses but I have some very lovely paints that are superb to be around! I also have about four Arabians that are bred and designed for this and they will be a wonderful cross with either my QH or Paints! I have some wonderful prospect. No fondation sires just yet. I have some older stallions that are going to be breeding to some of my mares to see what kind of fine crosses we get!
I wanted this association done to help out with those who have these working western horses and want to give them a special place. I knew it would be alot of work so Crystal and I teamed up together to put this association together! We really hope everyone enjoys this!

Hi! For those who don't know me, I'm Kara--and I've come over to the dark side Although my main focus in HF for a year and a half was Trakehners, in the spring of 2006 I decided I wanted to import my Paint and Quarter Horse stock from All-Sim. Some of my horses here I have owned since the late '90s and I couldn't bear to see them inactive. My stock includes everything from eventers to hunters to dressage(rs?) to barrel racers to cutters to reiners to racers to the western pleasure horses. In other words, a lot. However, I really, really enjoy my working western horses. My foundation Paint stallion, QUESTIONING COMETS, is now focused in eventing, jumpers, and dressage--but back in all-sim he was the versatility king and competed in cutting and reining as well. His sons and daughters, some of which have infused into HF, such as WW MOON IN COLOR, TM LIKEABLOOMINCOMET, TM CLEAR FOR COMET, and WW COMET'S SASSAFRASS all continue this working western line. RFR WRITTEN IN THE STARS is another Paint, bred by Adrienne in All-Sim where he was a fabulous working western horse and sire, and he is quickly establshing himself as such here in HF. We also own his yearling daughter RFR PAiNTING THE STARS. Our newest addition is a reiner, UNSOLVED MYSTERY, and we hope she only adds to our building resume. My Quarter Horses are less focused on working western, although I do have several prospects such as KC PRETTY FRECKLED UP, TM SOXY MARAGATO thingyTAIL, TM DOC'S SMOKIN SONG, and KC HOLLYWOOD WHISKEY SOUR. Whiskey's older sister, KC HOLLYWOOD PRETTY IN GOLD competes in Reining and speed event futurities, although she got her feet wet in western pleasure as well. My only active working western horse is one that I recently reclaimed from all sim, KC TIGER'S HICKUP, a beautiful red dun mare that I always adored. Whoo! That was long.
